Texting in Annual Giving

Recorded On: 10/02/2018

OVERVIEW

Texting has become a regular part of people’s everyday lives. For individuals and for organizations, it offers a simple and direct means of one-to-one as well as one-to-many communications. While some non-profits have implemented successful text-to-give campaigns around disasters and important events, many educational institutions still look for ways to integrate it with their traditional annual giving efforts. Through volunteer-based “text-a-thons” and other tactics, texting can help engage and solicit more prospects and improve fundraising results.
