OVERVIEW

It's been years since the pandemic ushered in the rapid and widespread acceptance of remote work for employees. Since then, organizations have gradually adapted their workplace policies to address employee interests and needs, while also trying to remain productive. Recently, however, many nonprofits, businesses and governments have increased their expectation for workers to be physically present “in the office” while raising questions about the impact of remote work on morale and productivity.

Register now to learn how educational institutions - and their annual giving programs - are rethinking their expectations and policies as it relates to where and how employees work.
