Recorded On: 11/05/2020

In the face of these challenges, departmental managers and organizational leaders must find ways to lift their teams up, keep them focused, and support them through personal and professional difficulties and the likelihood of a prolonged economic recession. To explore this issue, Dan Allenby will lead a discussion with industry leaders in Strategic Talent Management: Amy Bronson (Boston University), Yvette Marsh (LSU Foundation), and Josh Wyatt (University of Arizona).
