Downsizing Your Student Phonathon

Recorded On: 12/04/2018

OVERVIEW

It wasn’t long ago that paid student calling programs were a central element of nearly every annual giving program in the nation. Now, changes in technology, declining contact rates, and diminishing ROIs have prompted many institutions to cut shifts and reduce staff. Some have even eliminated student calling altogether. Whichever path your program takes, making changes in a thoughtful and comprehensive way will help avoid unnecessary disruptions and ensure that you get the most out of your phonathon investment going forward.

Register now to learn how to downsize your phonathon and reposition it within your overall annual giving strategy.
