Renewing Support from Past Donors

Recorded On: 11/03/2020

OVERVIEW

Renewing donors year after year is a cornerstone of successful fundraising. For many programs, however, there is less than a 50% chance of retaining a donor from one year to the next. While good stewardship is important, the methods used to renew support also play a big role in determining outcomes. Integrating traditional channels like print mail, phonathons, and email with more progressive tactics like video, social media, and recurring gifts will help ensure the highest levels of giving.

Register now to learn how to maximize donor renewals for your institution.
