He is principal and founder of Annual Giving Network and previously led annual giving and membership programs at Boston University, Tufts University, Georgetown University, and the National Geographic Society.

Kara Getkin

Director of Direct Marketing at University of Pittsburgh

Kara Getkin currently serves as the Director of Direct Marketing at University of Pittsburgh. Her other experience includes work in museum philanthropy. Kara holds a Bachelor’s in History, Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University and an MPA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
