Reactivating Lapsed Donors

Recorded On: 03/07/2017

The more time that passes after a donor's last gift, the less likely s/he will be to give again in the future. That's why it's important to have staff focused on lapsed donors. But winning back a former contributor is easier said than done. It requires thoughtful segmentation, creative messaging, advanced data research strategies, and careful integration of all of your solicitation channels. A successful reactivation strategy is key to achieving your overall annual fund goals.
