Dan Allenby is an author, speaker, and consultant who has worked with educational institutions for over 25 years to improve their fundraising results. An internationally-recognized expert on annual giving, he is the recipient of CASE’s prestigious “Crystal Apple” award for teaching excellence. He is principal and founder of Annual Giving Network and previously led annual giving and membership programs at Boston University, Tufts University, Georgetown University, and the National Geographic Society.
Greg Knedler

With more than 25 years of experience in annual giving and educational fundraising, Greg has led programs at Troy University, the Air Force Academy Foundation, Georgia State University, and Auburn University. His other experience includes consultant work with K-12 private and charter schools. He holds a B.S in Marketing and an M.Ed. in Marketing Education, both from Auburn University.
Megan Rajski
With over 12 years of experience in education and annual giving, Megan has led annual giving and donor participation programs at Fairfield University and the University of Chicago. Her other experience includes work in admissions and direct marketing. She holds a B.F.A. in Communications from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix.
John Templeman
With over 18 years experience in annual giving, John Templeman has led programs at Cleveland State, Case Western Reserve University and Baldwin Wallace University. John serves on the board for the Independent College Advancement Associates. He holds a certificate in non-profit management from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State.
Kara Tompkins
With over ten years of experience in annual giving and educational fundraising, Kara has led programs at Syracuse University, SUNY Cortland, and Clarkson University. Her other experience includes work as a volunteer firefighter and EMT in her local community. She holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Clarkson University and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University.
