Volunteers are the cornerstone of successful student philanthropy programs. Identifying strong leaders and engaging them through events, committees, and other programs will not only generate awareness about the impact of giving throughout your campus, but will help to cultivate a culture of philanthropy and prepare the alumni leaders of tomorrow.

Geoff Hallett currently serves as the Executive Director of Annual Giving at Colby College. He has previously run programs at Penn State University and Bucknell University. His other experience includes work in the fundraising technology industry. He holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Bucknell University.
